AIMMUNE SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Thank you for your interest in Aimmune Therapeutics Inc., a Nestlé Health Sciences Company (Aimmune). These channels were created and are managed by Aimmune with the aim of sharing information about health, wellness, the diseases we aspire to prevent, manage and treat, and the communities we serve, as well as about our company, mission, and values. We want to stay connected to our patients, their families and our communities, and to hear your voices.
However, we ask that, if you engage with Aimmune on our social media accounts, you are aware of and acknowledge the following Social Media Community Guidelines:
1. The information on Aimmune’s social media feeds – including any product information – is intended for U.S. residents only.
2. Any information regarding our products is not intended to provide medical advice, nor should be used as a substitute for the advice provided by your physician or other healthcare provider.
3. If you tell us via any of our social media channels that you may have experienced a medical side effect or reaction from an Aimmune product, we may need to contact you to obtain further information. You can report adverse events and product complaints to us directly by contacting Aimmune here or by calling 833-AIM2KNO (833-246-2566). You may also contact FDA directly by visiting www.fda.gov/medwatch or calling 1-800-FDA-1088.
4. Do not solicit or offer medical advice. Please note that we will delete unsolicited and unverified information about any sensitive topics or discussions about products – ours or other companies’ – or treatment options on our social media accounts. We always recommend that you consult with and obtain any medical advice from your physician.
5. Our channels are open spaces for users interested in discussing the topics we publish, and we are seeking to create respectful and positive communities on social media. In addition to what is addressed above, we may delete comments or posts (and potentially block the associated users) that:

Include profanity or defamatory, libelous, offensive, abusive, discriminatory or demeaning content (including images, videos and links

Disparage, threaten or condone violence or illegal behavior

Violate the platforms’ Terms of Use.
6. Aimmune does not endorse the social media accounts that we follow or those that follow our channels, the content these accounts produce, or any content we favorite or share. Aimmune is not responsible for and does not assume any liability for any third-party content.
7. We will do our best to answer your questions, although we reserve the right to respond and do not guarantee a reply.
8. Aimmune may use third‐party service providers to help us manage comments and messages. This means that such providers would also have access to any personal identifying information you share with us. These providers use commercially reasonable standards to ensure the protection and security of any personal identifying information shared with Aimmune.
